Where RecText is used under a school or institutional license, we may process a student's enrollment status, cohort assignment, and aggregate or individual performance data so that authorized faculty can view cohort progress through the Faculty Dashboard. We work with institutional partners to handle such data appropriately and, where applicable, consistent with FERPA and similar education-privacy frameworks.

Certain features — including practice question generation, document summarization, translation, and pharmacology monograph creation — are powered in part by artificial intelligence systems. Content you submit to these features may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate the output you requested. The Service is designed for nursing and healthcare students, who are generally 16 years of age or older.
